We did a swing makeover for Jay Bell, a 2 time All Star and a 17 year MLB shortstop. Jay added 10 MPH of Exit Velocity and improved his launch angle to what today's analysts call a "Barrel'.
This was done through mechanical adjustments that anyone can perform. Most hitters have swing movements that are costing them Exit Velocity. This video will take you step by step through the process of testing and self analyzing your swing. Then there are drills that are designed to get you to make more powerful and efficient movements.
